Who we are

RSL Academy (rslacademy.net) is a free practice website run by Rayhan, creator of the YouTube channel "Rayhan – Saudi Life & More". Contact: rayhansaudilifeandmore@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Without login: nothing is sent to us. Your scores and progress stay in your own browser.
• When you log in with Google: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
• Your practice data: number of attempts, best scores, which questions you have seen, your mistakes, and the name you type for a certificate.
• Exams and certificates: the questions in each Exam-mode test, your score, and certificates you create.
• Reviews: the star rating, text, display name and city you type. After a quick check they are shown publicly on the site; your email is never shown.
• CV Maker: nothing. Everything you type and your photo stay in your own browser, and the PDF is made on your device.

How we use it

• To log you in and unlock the full question bank.
• To save your progress so you can continue on any phone or computer.
• To check Exam-mode scores and issue practice certificates that others can verify.
• To understand how many people use the site and improve it.
• Occasionally, to email you about new RSL Academy tests, videos or courses. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Certificate verification

Anyone who has a Certificate ID can open rslacademy.net/verify and see the name on that certificate, the test, the score and the date. Nothing else about you is shown.

Cookies and storage

• One login cookie keeps you logged in (for up to 60 days, or until you log out).
• Your browser's local storage keeps your progress and a copy of the free questions for offline use.
• Google's sign-in button may set its own cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Where it is stored

The website and its database run on Cloudflare's servers. Only RSL Academy can access your account data.

Your choices

• You can use the free part of the site without logging in.
• You can log out at any time from the account button (top right).
• To see, correct or delete your data, or to stop emails, write to rayhansaudilifeandmore@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Children

RSL Academy is for adults preparing for work. Please do not log in if you are under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
